Virtually everything. The assistants have been trained to have basic knowledge of real estate appraisal. They have read a text book, had classroom discussions, watched videos and taken exams to document their knowledge. They have also worked for our sister company as a virtual assistant answering phone calls, emails and doing specific tasks for our real estate company. But they are also trained to not assume they have the right answer to any questions and they will learn from you with each decision or process you help them with.
